By setting a high standard for chapter housing, Tri Delta fulfills its mission to add value to the collegiate experience by ensuring safe, comfortable and competitive living environments for our members. Tri Delta homes are a part of our identity and a home away from home to many. Living in your Tri Delta chapter house is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home in a place where you can be yourself and belong to something bigger.
In a Tri Delta home, you'll create lifelong memories with friends who feel like family. Our homes feature safe, welcoming and inclusive spaces that foster sisterhood and belonging.
At Alpha Delta, our chapter house, House 7, is more than just a place to live — it is the heart of our sisterhood. Located on Stetson’s beautiful campus, House 7 is where we come together to build memories, strengthen bonds, and carry out the activities that define our chapter. It is here that we host chapter meetings, plan events, and organize philanthropy efforts that make a lasting impact on both Stetson and the broader community. The chapter room, located within the house, serves as a central space for all our sisterhood activities and provides a place for us to gather, collaborate, and celebrate our shared values. For many of our sisters, House 7 is also home. Some of our members live in the house, creating a close-knit community where we support one another academically, emotionally, and socially. It is in these walls where lifelong friendships are formed, and the bonds of sisterhood are deepened. Whether we’re preparing for recruitment, hosting social events, or simply spending time together, House 7 is where we grow, laugh, and create lasting memories that define our time at Stetson. As the physical and emotional center of our chapter, House 7 represents the heart of Alpha Delta — a place where tradition meets new experiences, and where every member is welcomed into a warm, supportive, and empowering environment.
